Framebrick Template License

This license applies to everything in this download (the “Template”): source code, design, styles, text and graphics. Buying the Template from https://framebrick.co gives you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it under the terms below. The Template stays the property of Framebrick.
Definitions
Section titled “Definitions”- End Product: one website or web application built with the Template, for yourself or for one client.
- Single license: a purchase of this Template alone.
- All Access license: an active All Access plan (lifetime or subscription) that includes this Template.
You may
Section titled “You may”- Use the Template to create one End Product with a Single license, or unlimited End Products with an All Access license.
- Modify the Template in any way and combine it with your own work.
- Use the End Product commercially, and build it for a client who pays you. The client may use and host that End Product; the license to the Template itself stays with you.
- Host the End Product anywhere and keep its source in private repositories.
You may not
Section titled “You may not”- Redistribute, resell, sublicense, share or give away the Template or any part of it, modified or not, on its own or as a template, theme, starter, boilerplate, UI kit, component library or design file.
- Publish the Template’s source code in a public repository or anywhere others can download it.
- Use the Template in a product that lets other people create websites or designs from it (site builders, template marketplaces, SaaS generators, AI training datasets).
- Share your download, account or access with anyone else.
- Claim the Template’s design or code as your own original work.
Subscriptions and updates
Section titled “Subscriptions and updates”- End Products created while your license was active may stay online and keep being maintained after an All Access subscription ends. Starting new End Products, downloads and updates require an active plan.

Third-party components
Section titled “Third-party components”The Template depends on open-source software (its framework, Tailwind CSS, Motion and other packages listed in
package.json), each under its own license, installed by your package manager. Fonts and icons are listed with their
licenses in README.md. Photos shown in the live demo are not included; the download uses placeholder images you
replace with your own.
Termination
Section titled “Termination”This license ends automatically if you break its terms. You must then stop using the Template and delete your copies. End Products already delivered to clients in good faith are not affected.
No warranty
Section titled “No warranty”The Template is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. Framebrick is not liable for any damages arising from its use, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
